I work best with small business founders who are past the scrappy early days but not yet big enough for a full operations team. You're growing and have a budget to invest in support.
Do you work on retainer or per project?
Both! Some clients keep me on a monthly retainer for ongoing support, others bring me in for a specific initiative. We'll figure out what makes sense for you.
